Accessibility statement.

Our commitment to a usable dealership experience for visitors with different abilities, devices, and assistive technologies.

Working accessibility statement for launch review. Accessibility is an ongoing operational commitment rather than a one-time certification. The production site should be tested with automated tools, keyboards, screen readers, zoom, and representative users.

Effective date: September 1, 2026

1. Commitment

BBS Automotive Group, Inc., doing business as Carriage House Motor Cars, intends to provide a website that is usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people who use assistive technologies. We aim to align the site with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a practical design and testing target. This statement is not a representation that every page or third-party service currently satisfies every success criterion.

2. Accessibility features

The plain-HTML website is designed with semantic headings and landmarks, a skip-to-content link, labeled form controls, visible keyboard focus, keyboard-operable navigation, responsive layouts, high text contrast, reduced-motion support, descriptive alternatives for meaningful images, text-based links for primary actions, and minimum-size mobile controls.

3. Forms and transaction assistance

Website forms are intended to be navigable using a keyboard and to rely on native browser validation. If a form, payment estimate, inventory filter, or appointment control is difficult to use, call (203) 661-6669. A dealership representative can discuss the same inquiry by telephone or arrange another reasonable communication method. Do not send sensitive credit or identity documents through a general contact form.

4. Known limitations

Third-party content may not be under our complete control. The embedded map, external mapping directions, external vehicle-history or recall services, financing providers, social platforms, and any future review or chat widget may have different accessibility behavior. The current preview also uses demonstration inventory that must be replaced before publication; replacement images and documents require accessible alternatives and quality review.

5. Feedback and assistance

If you encounter a barrier, describe the page, feature, device, browser, assistive technology, and the task you were trying to complete. Contact us through the website contact form, by phone at (203) 661-6669, or by mail at BBS Automotive Group, Inc., 25 Railroad Avenue, Greenwich, CT 06830. Please begin a written message with “Accessibility Request.” We will make reasonable efforts to respond and provide the requested information or service through an accessible alternative.

6. Ongoing review

Before launch and after material changes, the dealership should review keyboard navigation, focus order, zoom at 200% and 400%, form errors, color contrast, reduced motion, responsive reflow, image alternatives, heading structure, and compatibility with current assistive technologies. Verified accessibility issues should be prioritized according to severity and impact on core buying tasks.
